HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
We recommend using at least 3 bundles when installing lengths 20” & under. It is recommend to use at least 4 bundles when installing lengths 22” or above.
HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?
With the proper care our extensions can last a year or more. Be aware that closures and frontals may last 2 – 3 installs depending on care.
CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
Blue Ice Beauty only carries 100% human hair that can be colored, straightened, curled and styled to your desires. Be sure to condition and moisturize hairs after color and styling. The better you take care of your hair the longer it last.
SHOULD I WASH MY EXTENSIONS WHEN I RECEIVE THEM?
It is not necessary that you wash your extensions upon arrival. However if you desire, use a shampoo with a PH balance no higher than PH7.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Shipments will ONLY be mailed to the address associated with the payment used during your purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. All orders are shipped through U.S.P.S and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Tracking will be sent via PayPal (please check your email and spam folder for tracking information). All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure arrival. If you have not received your package after receiving tracking confirmation please contact your local postal service for more information.
