Orders process within 48 hours. Every Blue Ice order is carefully processed and checked for quality.  Shipping takes place Monday - Friday. Excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days; international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks.

REFUND POLICY

We do everything imaginable to make sure that we deliver only the best hair & hair products. Sometimes, accidents happen and we are more than happy to make exchanges on hair extensions that have not been worn or tampered with (brushed, combed, washed, in same packaging etc.) In order to make an exchange contact Blue Ice within 3 business days upon receiving your package along with order number and full name.

Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive as a result refunds are not permitted, however if there is a mishap with your order caused by Blue Ice Beauty please contact us at

If the U.S.P.S tracking number states that your package has been delivered,
and you have NOT yet received it, please contact your local postal office.

Blue Ice Beauty is NOT responsible for lost packages once tracking has been sent.
